Captain Chris Scarborough has been plying the waters of southeastern North Carolina since 1992. He has been around the ocean most of his life in one capacity or another, whether it was fishing or serving in the United States Coast Guard. Prior to moving to Wilmington, he lived and fished in Puerto Rico, Florida, Chesapeake Bay, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He has also experienced the fine fishing that Costa Rica and Mexico has to offer.

Capt. Chris is licensed by the United States Coast Guard. His goal is to provide a safe but enjoyable experience for his guests on the water. Having raised children of his own, he welcomes parent/children trips and will plan a trip to suit the younger fishermen.
